Serenity Sands is the largest and most luxurious of all the Apartments and is refurbished throughout to a high standard.
Serenity Sands has a tasteful 'country' feel with beams and woodburner (electric) and some sea glimpses. It has a large living area and dining space, with comfortable 3 seater sofa and Love Chair, plus a 55" TV for when you want to cosy up and chill!
It leads through to the modern, well-equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer and integrated cooker. Serenity Sands has its own entrance, through a porch, which offers cane patio seating overlooking the rear garden.
Leading off from the kitchen is found the roomy double bedroom with King size bed, memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom, consisting of a stylish slipper bath and walk-in shower.
Two memory foam Jay-be folding guest beds are available for families of up to 4 . Two may be situated in the lounge area, or alternatively one in the bedroom.

Beau Rivage is situated on the first floor with lovely sea views across Torbay. and has it's own entrance.
The lounge/dinette has two sofas, kitchen table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen area. Leading from this is a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower, with toilet and wash basin.
The second bedroom, across the landing has twin beds with en-suite and sea views. Beau Rivage occupies the whole of the first floor and is accessed through the front door and hallway.
Beau Rivage has a Smart Samsung 55 inch HD T.V, ironing facilities and central heating in the lounge plus back up heaters. There are fresh duvet covers and sheets on all beds upon your arrival And towels are provided free of charge for use in the Apartment .
The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size cooker, fridge with separate freezer compartment, toaster and microwave, plus all the normal kitchen utensils.

Driftwood is situated on the ground floor. - Just one step to access the property. The fully equipped lounge/dinette has lounge area with kitchen table and chairs. The Apartment has a tiled floor.
The ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and bedroom have had a total makeover, new for 2020!
Please advise us before arrival of your preference; for a Super King Size bed or twin beds. A further pull-out guest bed can be squeezed in if requested.
New Memory foam mattresses provide you with a comfortable night's sleep.
The Driftwood Apartment has a Smart Samsung 40 inch HD T.V, Blu Ray player, cooker, fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, ironing facilities and central heating plus back up electric heaters.

This south facing apartment is very popular with couples. Entered from the garden, it has a sun lounge/conservatory, fully equipped lounge/dinette that contains a sofa, table and chairs.
Please let us know if you require a Super King Sized bed or twin beds before arrival. A foldaway Jay-be bed can squeezed in for a child or third guest .
The bedroom leads to a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with stylish slipper bath and walk in shower. (Photos will be uploaded on completion)
Our Shoreline Apartment will have a smart Samsung 32 inch HD T.V and Blu Ray player, Electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing facilities and electric wood burner .

Our 4 berth self catering caravan, is situated in the garden of Blue Waters Holiday Apartments.
This 4 berth self catering holiday caravan (2 adults and 2 children) was built in 1999 and is kept in a clean & well maintained condition. It is 28ft long & 10ft wide with it‘s own patio area in the garden.
Accommodation is provided with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin children's bedroom. Sheets and towels are provided., plus all mains services, shower toilet & wash hand basin.
Pets are allowed in the holiday caravan by arrangement only.
The holiday caravan also has its own patio area with table and chairs, and at only 150 metres from the beach, it is the nearest holiday caravan to Goodrington Sands Beach.
The holiday apartments are fully equipped for self catering holidays. They all have a T.V, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner and central heating plus backup heaters. There are fresh duvet covers and sheets on all beds upon your arrival. Towels are Provided.
No hidden charges - Prices include wifi, linen, towels, electric and heating - (No meters).
Parking. Guests also have full use of the garden. and one parking space per unit.
Laundry. A small laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier is available for guests, at £5 per week
Arrival/Departure. All bookings are from Saturday 2 p.m on day of arrival to Saturday 10 a.m on day of departure. Bookings are weekly only during the summer season.
