Blue Waters Holidays at Goodrington Sands, Paignton, was established in the 1960’s and is situated just 150 metres from the gently sloping sandy beach
Perfectly situated for with kayaking, crazy golf, boating lake, Go-karts, and Quaywest Splashdown Water Park with its exhilerating slides, flumes and pool.
All apartments are ideally situated for many beaches, Paignton Zoo, the famous steam railway, the Torbay Leisure Centre, the stunning South West Coastal Path and its unspoilt Riviera Coastline.
Nearby leisurely boat trips or ferries also take in the 20 beaches of unspoilt coastline.

Penwick Cottage is perfectly situated an easy walk away from Bude Canal, the lock gates, Bude Town, and Summerleaze Beach which is just half a mile walk away .
The Venue with public swimming pool and flume, and ten pin bowling is just a short walk away
The golden beaches are famous for surfing, rock pooling, and safe bathing, whilst the local Cornish Pasties and those scrummy Cornish Cream Teas are simply not to be missed!
Penwick Cottage has its own off-road parking, and if you love walking is delightfully close to the South West Coastal Path on the stunning North Cornwall Coast.

Bude Garden House is a detached Four bedroom house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8.
It has ample off road parking, a compact rear garden and sunny Garden Conservatory.
Bude Garden House is ideally situated less than a mile from the beach, close to the local amenities.
Located in rugged, idyllic North Cornwall, the region offers some of the best scenery in the west with its lovely cliff-top walks and quiet sheltered coves to explore. Bude is a big hit with families for its sandy beach, perfect for building sandcastles, outdoor swimming pool in the rocks, and surfing spots like the neighbouring Widemouth Bay. The area is also best known for the Tintagel Castle ruins and Boscastle too with its picture-postcard harbour.
Family attractions such as the Splash Leisure Pool and the ten-pin bowling are a few hundred yards away, and further attractions such as a 19 hole golf course, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and the quaint cobbled streets of Clovelly harbour are not to be missed and easily reachable by car.

Serenity Sands is the largest and most luxurious of all the Apartments and is refurbished throughout to a high standard.
Serenity Sands has a tasteful 'country' feel with beams, electric woodburner and some sea glimpses. It has a large living area and dining space, with comfortable 3 seater sofa and Love Chair, plus a 55" TV for when you want to cosy up and chill!
The main living space contains a modern, well-equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer and integrated cooker. Serenity Sands has its own entrance, through a porch, which offering cane patio seating overlooking the rear garden.
Leading off from the kitchen is found the roomy double bedroom with King size bed, memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom, consisting of a stylish slipper bath and walk-in shower.
Regretfully Serenity Sands is a pet-free apartment.

Entered from its own secluded, decked seating area in the the garden, Shoreline has a sun lounge/conservatory, fully equipped lounge/diner with sofa, table and chairs.
The new-look Shoreline Apartment is tastefully designed with exposed original oak beams and partitions.
The Memory foam mattresses are so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed in the mornings! Please let us know if you require a Super King Sized bed or twin beds before arrival.
The bedroom leads to a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with stylish slipper bath and walk in shower
Our Shoreline Apartment has a smart Samsung 40 inch HD T.V and DVD player, new fitted kitchen, Electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing facilities and electric wood burner. Towels and linen provided. An additional TV is situated in the bedroom.

A two bedroom, self-catering holiday apartment to sleep 4. It can also sleep six when combined with Serenity Sands using an adjoining door.
Beau Rivage is situated on the first floor with stunning sea views across Torbay, with it's own entrance and stairs. The lounge is fitted with sofa, kitchen table and chairs, and 55" Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen area has an integrated cooker, integrated fridge with ice compartment, toaster and microwave, plus kitchen utensils.
From the lounge is found the double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin, and double bed with a snuggly memory foam mattress, to ensure you get a great night's sleep.
The second bedroom has twin beds with Snoozy Emma mattresses, en-suite and sea views. Beau Rivage occupies the whole of the first floor and is accessed through the front door and hallway.
Beau Rivage has ironing facilities and central heating. There are fresh duvet covers and sheets on all beds upon your arrival, and towels are provided, for use in the Apartment .
